These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to the RGS Foundation website, educational programs, downloads, and related services. By accessing the website or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to purchase or use our paid programs. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
3. Educational services
RGS Foundation provides digital educational content related to ecommerce, marketing, product research, store operations, management, and business systems. Program descriptions, included materials, prices, access periods, and delivery details are shown on the relevant offer page or checkout.
4. No earnings guarantee
Our content is educational and does not guarantee revenue, profit, sales volume, business success, or any specific result. Ecommerce involves commercial, financial, legal, and operational risk. Results depend on factors including execution, market conditions, budget, experience, products, suppliers, advertising, and customer demand.
5. Orders, prices, and taxes
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. The final amount, currency, applicable taxes, and payment conditions are shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party providers. We may correct pricing or description errors before accepting an order.
6. Digital delivery and account access

8. Prohibited conduct
- Sharing, selling, sublicensing, publishing, copying, recording, scraping, or redistributing course content without written permission.
- Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access.
- Using the website for fraud, unlawful activity, interference, security testing without permission, or infringement of third-party rights.
- Misrepresenting RGS Foundation, its instructors, results, endorsements, or business relationship with you.
9. Refunds and cancellation
Refund and cancellation requests are governed by our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply. Requests must be sent to support@rgsfoundation.online with the purchaser’s name, purchase email, program, and transaction information.
10. Third-party services
Checkout, payments, hosting, course delivery, email, and other features may be provided by third parties. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or acts outside our reasonable control.
11. Availability and changes
We may update program materials, features, instructors, schedules, or delivery methods to improve the service or respond to operational requirements, provided that the overall educational nature of the purchased program is not materially misrepresented. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, or circumstances beyond our control.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and educational materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, compatibility with every device, or that educational information will remain current for every platform, law, market, or business model.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RGS Foundation and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the website, programs, business decisions, third-party services, or inability to access materials. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe there has been fraud, chargeback abuse, credential sharing, unlawful conduct, security risk, or a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we may first request clarification or corrective action.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Subject to any non-waivable consumer forum right, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Porto Seguro, Bahia, Brazil. Before filing a claim, please contact us so the parties can attempt a good-faith resolution.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. The version posted at the time of purchase generally governs that purchase, except where a change is required by law or is more favorable to the customer.
